To help grow the game plus have a little fun, the Southern Nevada Junior Golf Association has launched a new series of free putting challenges at area golf courses and golf shops. The events include golf instruction from experts, a gift bag and prizes and medals for the winners.

The first Southern Nevada Junior Golf putting challenge is schedule for Feb. 24 at Angel Park Golf Club near the Summerlin area.

March 23 – Aliante Golf Club in North Las Vegas.

April 27 – Legacy Golf Club in Henderson.

May 25 – Rhodes Ranch Golf Club in the Southwest.

June 29 – Golf Galaxy in Henderson.

July 27 – PGA Tour SuperStore in Downtown Summerlin.
